Recommended for refreshing the mind. The place is quiet, comfortable, and the ambiance is very pleasant. What needs to be added is the limited car parking space and the access road to the rooms on the upper floors is a bit less friendly for the elderly, it can be made a little sloped so it's not difficult.

We stayed in a family room. One night, we wanted to take a shower, but the water heater wouldn't work. Thankfully, the staff quickly fixed it, and thankfully, we were able to enjoy a warm shower. The pool was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lush green rice paddies, and the sunrise view, Subhanallah, was truly breathtaking.

Located near the Borobudur Temple complex, the upper stupa is visible from the hotel. The rooms feature traditional Javanese design, cool air conditioning, and are spacious and clean. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise with views of rice fields and Mount Merapi. The atmosphere is quite peaceful and comfortable.

We had a wonderful vacation here. The morning atmosphere was great, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean. I will definitely be back.

Only stayed 1 night, but it was absolutely lovely. Pool water wasn't cold at all, great for the kids. Breakfast was very good taste too. Had a great night sleep. Borobudur top is visible from the hotel and mountain view as well if it's a clear day. Staff very very friendly. Really nice stay.

The atmosphere is very homey, but the lighting is a bit lacking, the rest is OK.

Good place to stay. Quiet, beautiful, warm atmosphere.

I'm quite picky when it comes to accommodations. Seeing Gopalan's ratings and reviews made me a bit nervous. But because of the view, I ended up booking it. The view was undeniable, especially considering the sunny weather. The facilities and staff service were excellent, and the food was delicious. It seems Gopalan's management has made significant improvements, and hopefully, they will continue to do so. Best of luck, Gopalan.

It's close to Borobudur Temple (about 2 kilometers away), so getting there is hassle-free. Friendly, prompt service, easy check-in/out, clean, comfortable rooms, like staying at grandma's house, a functioning water heater, and easy access to convenience stores and restaurants. Please improve the breakfast menu, as it was lacking for me and my family.

The room is big, easy to access, breakfast can be delivered to the room, there is a direct view in front of the room, only the parking is narrow and the bed is not comfortable
