A big lesson for anyone planning to stay here: it's best to take photos of the furniture first, as I forgot and wasn't careful. My family and I didn't realize we lost or broke a cup. When we were checking out, they said we lost one and had to pay 25,000 Rupiah. The 25,000 Rupiah wasn't a problem, but admitting to a mistake that wasn't our fault felt strange. Everything was fine. But if you're going to come back, NO. May it be a blessing.

The villa is very comfortable to bring family on vacation. Next time I will come back here again

Complete facilities, clean and comfortable.

Access is quite easy from the main road. The rooms are super clean. The gallon has a refill. TV and Wifi work well. The washing machine there just didn't work well. The swimming pool is clean, there is one for children. Complete kitchen equipment, only no towels or toothbrush soap. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. In front of the villa there are lots of stalls. So it's really safe if someone wants to have a snack. There is also a mini zoo for children. That's all, overall okay.

The villa is nice and comfortable, but there is one unfriendly female staff and the owner of the villa is not polite to guests. I got angry because I asked for a room exchange but was not given.

The employees are friendly, the only minus is the rice cooker which is not big enough because it can only cook 0.6 liters. If for 10 people it is very less. Menginap 1 malam di weekdays. Ruangan kamar ternyata sangat luas dengan teras. Ada ruang makan, dapur, ruang keluarga juga. Tersedia 3 kamar mandi jadi sewa dengan banyak orang bisa lebih nyaman, hanya saja kamar mandi tidak tersedia toilettries. Fasilitas dapur juga lengkap dengan perlengkapan masak komplit. Ada warung sembako kecil di depan villa juga jadi bisa beli jajanan anak-anak. Mba-mba receptionnya juga ramah-ramah. Lokasi tidak terlalu sulit dicari, hanya saja karena harus sedikit masuk ke dalam dengan keadaan jalan yang agak menanjak, agak merepotkan untuk yang menggunakan angkutan umum.

Stay 1 night here, there are pluses and minuses: Pros: The villa is very clean and well-maintained, friendly service, complete cooking utensils and utensils, there is a swimming pool and children's play area. Water heater available. Also provided is a washing machine complete with an iron. Weaknesses: 1) Unprofessional. We rent the villa lt.1 on the consideration we bring 7 children and toddlers. To make it easier to play arena and swimming pool. But when we arrived at the villa suddenly the officer told us that we were moved to 2nd floor with the reason that the villa owner suddenly came and wanted to fill the villa 1st floor. So that all guests who have booked before must be willing to be moved. 2) In the villa there are no generators, when we stayed he was left with a power out at night for quite a long time and died again in the morning. Only 1 emergency light is provided. Even though there is an elevator in the villa. It's inconceivable to be trapped in an elevator because of a power failure. 3) Also, when we went there, the main road was being repaired so we had to turn the route as far as 2km with a steep incline and the road was only one car. Unfortunately the villa did not provide prior information. So it's really beyond our prediction.

Anyway, very satisfied staying at Villa Alnouras ... Very complete facilities ,, employees are friendly especially those who have really friendly villas ... hehee, receptionist 24 hours ... Those looking for villas in the peak area are recommended for the Alnouras villas ... .next stay here again 😊😊.
