The staff is super friendly, making you feel right at home. They even help you carry your luggage.

Air conditioning and water shower are good, but cleanliness needs to be improved and the room smelled musty. If you have a motorcycle, you can park in front of the hotel. Don't park anywhere other than the hostel door. Without guidance, I got a fine for parking my motorcycle in the wrong place. I asked reception for help communicating, but they were not helpful. Not very satisfied.

Overall, for backpackers, it's great. The location is also great, very close to the bus station.

For me, this place is very good.

I booked a room a month in advance and even messaged the staff to confirm. Upon arrival, however, the staff kept saying they were out of double rooms and claimed my name wasn't on the reservation list. Ultimately, I was given two options: pay back and cancel the booking, or switch to a room with a smaller bed and a shared bathroom. I had stayed here a few times before, but this trip with a friend turned into a terrible experience. I will never come back.

The first night we stayed, the neighbors were very loud, and it was around 2 a.m. The sound of people walking and climbing stairs was very audible. Most surprisingly, the second day when we returned to the hotel, and when we unlocked the room, we found that there was another occupant in our room, and the hotel had not informed us that our belongings had been moved to another room. And in the new room, the AC was leaking, as in the photo I uploaded, but only a small amount was left when the leak occurred (I was too late to take the photo).
