Never get bored staying at Seruni.

The hotel area is located at the very bottom, very safe and comfortable, with plenty of activities to choose from. I'll definitely be back.

It was fun, the kids were happy. The hotel is kid-friendly, and breakfast is charged for children aged 5 and above. Oh yeah, sorry, I need some information so we can make improvements in the future. I noticed a rather unpleasant smell from the striped pillows, as if they hadn't been replaced with new ones. That's all, everything else was fine. Thank you.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helping me carry all my belongings from the car. The room, bed, and toilet were all clean. The balcony was great, perfect for BBQs. There are 3 swimming pools, very kid-friendly 🩷. However, the breakfast was not very tasty. The fried rice was hard, the fried chicken was bland, and the coffee and tea were very watery. Hopefully, the next meal will be more delicious 🩷

Overall, everything can be said to be okay.

The most comfortable hotel with complete facilities.

I took the Gholum room, which I found to have very minimal lighting. The room was quite clean, but I was very disappointed with the facilities, especially the children's play area, from the garden to the swimming pool. It seemed poorly maintained. I think the facilities could use some renovation.

The place is nice, but climbing the stairs is quite tiring. There are also few security guards, so you can't ask questions. I was confused about getting to the room, as no one showed me.

The hotel is old but very well-maintained. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The only downside is that the lights are a little dim. Even though it's a hobbit-themed room, it still needs more light.

This was my first time staying here, but unfortunately, no one showed me to my room, so I was confused about finding my way to my room. The path to my room was through a tunnel, and it was quite dark.
