Comfortable atmosphere, safe parking, decent breakfast

Room cleanliness still needs improvement, as does the bathroom. Overall, the hotel environment is quite clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

All standard, no more, no less. Only the toiletries are lacking.

The bathroom water is not hot, there are no tissues. But that includes breakfast, so it's pretty good

Everything is ok, it's just that if you order a large bed, it's difficult to get it twice, they will definitely give you a small double bed, so it's not comfortable.

Everything was ok, only the breakfast was disappointing, the rice was hard, the eggs were burnt, the lady said that the food she loved came down strangely!

Friendly and communicative staff, besides it is really worth staying from a long trip to get complete and comfortable facilities (room options are indeed without AC). Wifi access and free breakfast when booking a hotel. Easy access because it is right in the middle of Pemalang city, comfortable for resting even though it is not soundproof but not noisy at all. A little lacking maybe the motorbike parking area which is not fully roofed, for cleanliness in the room area there are parts that are less clean such as the headboard and wall decorations still have black dust piled up. The toilet section when I stayed in the room had a leaking faucet so that when used it was not optimal. The rest is pretty okay.

The place is comfortable and the price is affordable. Often have promotions.

Kamar sangat kotor, sprei penuh noda, kamar mandi super sempit. Sarapan amburadul, cuma buat transit its OK, tapi Kuala Lumpur utk keperluan lain nggak bgt deh.

Pertama pesan kamar dengan harga paling rendah ternyata masih pakai kipas selanjutnya di tawari yang pakai AC dengan tambahan biaya 30 ribu, tempat nyaman walaupun ukurannya sempit tapi dapat yang pakai kasur besar dan tinggal. Tapi ketika pesan lagi yang kelas yang di atasnya malah kamarnya kurang memuaskan. Kamar sih lebih luas tapi pesan yang single bed malah di kasih yang dapat dua jadi kurang nyaman, lokasi di lantai 3, kamar mandinya airnya tersumbat jadi airnya kemana_mana dan bau kamar mandinya seperti gak mau hilang. Tapi mungkin salah saya sendiri sih pesannya sudah jam 10 malam dan cek in sudah hampir jam 12 jadi tidak disiapkan maksimal.

Staf ramah, lumayan bersih, tp untuk kamar mandi no 9 ga kira² sempit banget. Baru pernah saya nemuin hotel dengan harga 200lebih & kamar mandi sekecil itu sampe susah buat mandi + air kamar mandi pasti nyiprat kluar 🤦🏻 trus untuk breakfast lucu sih diambilin kaya diwarteg udah gitu kta suami saya porsi nasinya sdkt banget hahaha rasanya juga anyeb tolong untuk dicek dulu rasanya kalo masak ya buu, paling ga biar ga hambar wong cuma nasigoreng masa anyeb. Cukup nyaman, hanya saja penerangan di kamar kurang baik, terlalu redup, dan juga peralatan di kamar sepertinya sudah harus diganti dengan yang baru, terima kasih.
