The concept is similar to the resorts in Bali. The only downside is that it looks a bit shabby, because in front of the room most of the guests are drying their underwear after swimming. It makes hanging out in front of the room uncomfortable, because the view is like being in a flat. The service in this place is a bit complicated for me who prefers to communicate by phone, because here the service uses a WA group. Even ordering food, the menu is served via WA with a complicated writing concept. It's a headache to read for me who is a bit slow. Suggestion if you want to share the menu via WA group, make the menu in PDF or JPEG format first, so you can see what the menu looks like and I can also differentiate which menus can be selected for free breakfast and which ones can't. The taste of the food in this place is just ordinary, it's not good to say. It's not good either. Nothing special. Oh yes, I suggest that if you want breakfast, it's better to just stay in your room. Because what makes it annoying is that if we eat at the breakfast table at this resort, there are so many flies, it's no joke, it's like eating at a rubbish dump. The next point that makes me a little annoyed is that this hotel has a resort concept, and the room floors also use natural stone, which if you put it on will definitely be quite cold, especially at night. You automatically need sandals, right? But the funny thing is that the hotel doesn't provide sandals. And when I asked about sandals in the room, why weren't there any? I even advised them to buy it using personal money. Indeed, they also offered to help me buy abroad. But yeah, it's not very ethical. It's time to just make sandals, which should be a standard facility that even small change hotels definitely have. But here I'm told to buy it? Yes, just laugh.
