My two-day stay at Batu Wonderland was a bit disappointing, at around 500,000 Rupiah per day. The room wasn't cleaned, there was a lot of dust under the mattress, and there were also used tissues, not sure who they belonged to. The bathroom smelled and was a bit dim, which gave it a creepy feel. Breakfast was quite varied and quite tasty. The staff were friendly, some not.

Additional charge for pool view. The bathroom was a little clogged and there were cockroaches.

The room wasn't soundproof enough. It was late at night when I checked in, but I could still hear people laughing and chatting outside, which was a bit disruptive to my rest. The service was good, the room facilities were also good. The hotel has gotten even better since the renovation and now has an elevator.

Perfect for a vacation with children. Spacious rooms and plenty of amenities.

The hotel's strategic location, very close to Lippo Plaza, offers easy walking access to several attractions. The hotel also features a water park, which is a great place for children to play, keeping them entertained. The hotel's facilities are also very clean.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. It's a family-friendly, quiet hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable, with the deluxe twin room being the preferred choice. The breakfast menu is also varied. There's a water park for the kids. Besides two bottles of mineral water provided in the room, there's a water dispenser in the gang for refilling. Hopefully, I'll stay at this hotel again next time I visit Batu.

too noisy to relax

location is very close with shopping centre and some recreation area.with complete facility include playgorund and waterpark and also shop making comfortable to stay.just note for my room,indoor AC is noise.overall is ok to stay for next holiday.

The location is pleasant because it's close to the city center. Parking is also spacious, but unfortunately, it's an open area, so you'll get wet when it rains. As for the comfort of the room, it's okay.

For activities, it's really okay for kids, needs to improve for breakfast

The hotel is clean, the food has a lot of variety. But unfortunately the staff in the restaurant don't smile much.

When we encountered a problem with the TV, the staff responded promptly within 10 minutes of receiving a call from the front desk. We were upgraded to a larger room at no additional cost. Even though the hotel was busy at the time, we were immediately upgraded. The room and bed were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The amenities were complete. The food was delicious. Plenty of snacks. There are shops and a supermarket open until late at night. The swimming pool is quite complete and child-friendly. There are plenty of gazebos for relaxing. It was really awesome, we could check in early because we left at dawn and arrived at the location in the afternoon, so we were worried the kids would be tired. In fact, we were really happy, we could go swimming and play in the playground straight away.
