I stayed here for a pre-dawn run at ICE BSD. It was a great choice due to its proximity and affordable price. It's clean, and there's also an Indomaret store right below the hotel.

It's pretty good, there's a pool too. Parking was a bit confusing, but the staff are very helpful! Keep improving! Oh, and swimming towels are also provided, which you can pick up at the front desk. Awesome!

The WiFi speed is actually great but it is not stable and keep disconnecting. Since the cellphone signal is very poor inside the building, WiFi is the only way to connect to internet. Unfortunately it keep disconnecting both in my laptop and phone. This make my online meeting uncomfortable. There were electricity power off several times The hot water only available for around 5 minutes during my time taking a bath both at evening and morning. After that the hot water is not working anymore.

Thanks to the beautiful lady whose name I forgot, she was helpful..but the room's AC wasn't cold..breakfast was quite varied, but the taste needs to be improved, everything else is okay.

The location is very strategic, perfect for family vacations or business trips. However, cleanliness needs to be improved, and staff service needs to meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

For this price, some rooms are quite good, some are not. At the beginning, I booked two rooms. First room: Good bed, good cleanliness, small bathroom, some light switches were missing, signal was poor, and Wi-Fi was slow. Second room: Good bed, good cleanliness, small and smelly bathroom, and the AC wasn't cold. The facilities are quite complicated. Access is required everywhere, and pool towels have to be obtained from the lobby. The parking attendants and security outside the hotel are unfriendly, while the security inside the hotel is very friendly.

The hotel is ok. The staff is enthusiastic. I had the breakfast buffet, many dishes and quite delicious. I also ordered food to my room and was served well.

Last year I stayed here, my father had a nosebleed, then got hit by a towel. Then I got a fine. But from there I learned that the cleanliness in this hotel is very well maintained. In the end, I stayed again. Got a room with a good view. Unfortunately, below the hotel there is a village that plays dangdut music until midnight and can be heard up to the 16th floor. So the noise was a bit disturbing. Otherwise, everything is good.

please pay attention to the swimming pool, it is very dirty, the water is murky, there is no guard, there are no towel facilities..

some of the things that I think are ok are: room cleanliness, close to the breeze, complete breakfast and comfortable swimming pool. the downside, yesterday I stayed in superior, booked 2 rooms, it turned out I couldn't connect. When I went out in the morning, my e-money balance was deducted, the same thing happened when I checked out, even though the card had been registered when I checked in.

Everything is okay, nice stay with reasonable price, nice breakfast too, overall recommended.

spacious room. at first we were a bit annoyed because the room we got was very hot. after more than an hour the AC wasn't cold. We reported it to CS, it took a long time to give a solution until we went back and forth. even though we brought a child. it was only around 10 pm that we were confirmed to have a new, cooler room after 2 hours of being hot. the check-in time was also 2 pm on the app. But it turned out to be 3 am.. yeah we just understand. it seems like there are not enough employees. please help the child's facilities, okay, good, great. and the breakfast is varied and tastes okay. that's all..thanks
