The room is nice, there are lots of space for parking too. Sadly, the toilet doesn't have a duvet but it has the inside-the-bowl type of duvet which I'm personally not comfortable with. However, the staff was very helpful and the room ambience is calming so it is a bonus. I recommend coming to this hotel if you want to stay in Sandakan. 👍🏻

Close to the city and really the best

The hotel is clean and satisfying...the hotel area is also close to all the restaurants.

This hotel is located in a very strategic location for those who make a splash because it is close to the airport and the city center.

Room service was disappointing. I stayed for 2 nights but my room was not made up even though the "Make up room" signage was on.

The toilet is dirty, slippery and rarely wash. Overall ok, room ok, breakfast not many choice.

Great 3D2N experience. Affordable price, strategic location. There are many shops around and you could just walk. At first, the toilet have some problems but the staff manage to fix it immediately.the breakfast also have many varieties to chose on.
