Overall, it was good. But the in-room phone and Wi-Fi were really lacking. I had to move to another hotel.

Had a great time during my stay there. The hotel is close to Mall Bali Galeria and only 15 minutes to the airport.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is comfort.

The hospitality was good, but the food was all cold, only the omelet was freshly cooked. The AC wasn't cold enough, and there were no slippers in the room. A bath mat wasn't provided from the third day until check-out.

The place is dirty and the room smells musty from the carpets that line the walls. Not worth it!

The interior of the room needs rejuvenation, many of the floors are damaged, the balcony door is not functioning optimally.

The room was so comfortable with all the facilities provided in the room. The only thing that needs attention is, please also clean the area on the balcony; it looks like it has never been touched. And check the condition of the chair and table provided there.

Upon entering, we were greeted by a spacious and aesthetically pleasing lobby. The rooms are very spacious, with separate bathtubs and showers. However, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working, making it stiflingly hot. I reported it to reception, and a technician fixed it, but it still felt hot. Hopefully, improvements will be made in the future, as the hotel is quite nice and close to the city. The food is also varied.

The hot water didn't work, there was no heat at all. The towels smelled pungent, and the room's fragrance was so strong it made me dizzy.

Upon entering the lobby, the AC was hot. There was no bellboy to help with luggage. There were no slippers. The shower faucet was leaking. The front desk staff were unfriendly. I initially booked a pool view room, but upon check-in, I was told they didn't have one and was instead upgraded to a room without a view. It's actually a nice hotel, but please reconsider. Thanks.

The towels were rougher than doormats, which was a bit odd. The place was spacious.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here.

This was my first time experiencing this much in a hotel. The bedroom smelled of toilet, and there was no partition between the bedroom and bathroom. The staff claimed it was just a model, even though the photo actually showed a partition between the bedroom and bathroom.

The hot water wouldn't heat up, and I called to have it fixed, but it still wouldn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. I stayed for two nights. When the room was cleaned on the second day, there was no confirmation. I wanted to enter the room, but it was still being cleaned. I changed the bedcover, but I found cockroach eggs in the gap between the bedcovers. But their breakfast was okay. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is close to the mall and other places I wanted to go.

It's near a mall and it is easy to grab the metro bus to the airport from there.
