The room is extremely small, only for the bed and step to bath room. The gangway also very small, its hard to pass when the laundry bucket at the this gangway. I dont want to comeback and I dont recommend to anyone else.

The front desk staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional. My brother simply wanted to use the bathroom in the room I had booked bcouse no restroom at lobby,yet she demanded his passport for no clear reason. This made the whole situation feel very strange and uncomfortable. I ended up checking in and checking out within one minute because of this experience.”

Overall the room is ok for the price, can stay if you want to save money, the location is a bit far from the center but quite safe, the staff is polite, supportive when needed, the bed sheets and blankets seem old, the bed sheets are not completely clean, the blankets are all separated.

The place is comfortable, there are windows, unlimited drinking water refills, friendly staff, close to the bus stop, easy to get around, there are several bus stops to choose from. Highly recommended for families.

the room is tight but the place is quite far from the MRT. for bus, need 10 minutes walking to the main road. easy to find food but need to walk about 10 minutes.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the check-in process was very easy.

An unpleasant experience. We booked for two adults and one child (15 years old). The disappointment was that upon check-in, the hotel policy stated the maximum age for children was 12 years old, while the app listed 17 years old. The hotel couldn't provide a solution, so we ended up looking for another hotel nearby with a cheaper room rate. This has been confirmed with Traveloka, and they are currently investigating the matter. Hopefully, they can provide a solution and compensation. As a suggestion, the regulations regarding the child age policy should be clarified with hotels that partner with Traveloka to avoid disadvantageous customers, especially for long-distance trips with significant exchange rates. Everyone who wants to travel has already set a budget. We trust Traveloka because of its easy process of searching for flights/hotels/etc., and the ability to pay in installments with PayLater, which is very helpful. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed and the service will be further improved.

Worth it but a bit far from the restaurant

The check-in process was smooth and very easy, but why is the room size so small? It doesn't match the price. I'm very disappointed with the size of the room.

Unexpectedly comfortable stay. Room lighting was just right, aircon was cold, and the hot shower had good water pressure. There’s a filtered water dispenser and the bed was comfortable too. Overall quite satisfied. Just a bit noisy as a family was staying in the room nearby, I had hoped for a quieter room

Friendly hotel staff and fast check in/out process and clean and tidy rooms although a bit small but okay and bathrooms are equipped with cold/hot water that works and especially close to the bus station for MRT and to the city center.

The hotel is near the bus station, convenient for traveling to tourist attractions. The hotel is located near frog porridge, chili crab, and famous bah kut teh.
