Location was very central, in the middle of the Main Bazaar shopping district and across from the waterfront walkway. However, breakfast was disappointing both in taste, selection, and service. You will be better off going to one of the many kopitiams nearby.

Booked a one night stay at this hotel for a short vacation in Kuching. Strategic location, beautiful hotel with sustainable concept, comfortable room with nice view.
