My second home in Bandung...
The best hotel in Bandung. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and children's play area.
Not to mention, the staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Budi Santoso and Mrs. Gita, as well as Ms. Nabila and Ms. Desi in the lounge. The service is top-notch.

The staff can be trusted, as proven by the fact that I left my tablet/pad in the room a few hours after checking out, and the hotel staff secured my pad and finally it was returned to me.

The staff is friendly and responsive, starting with the friendly and helpful receptionist, Ms. Sechan. The hotel staff and crew are also responsive and helpful. Complete facilities. Delicious food. It feels like home, and the kids are happy too. Thank you.

An exciting experience during my 2-day stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was varied and the taste was not disappointing, direct access to the mall made it very easy if you wanted to shop.. I will definitely come back to stay there again.

Overall it's good, strategic and also suitable for families who want a one-stop stay, but unfortunately the room is not soundproof, you can still hear the sound of a child crying from another room.
