the room is not clean and not well maintained

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful in getting the information we needed.

The hot water is off. I've called the receptionist three times and brought the information, but no action has been taken. The staff doesn't smile much. I'm very disappointed. The TV is blurry. The food isn't very tasty.

the officer in the lobby when checking in did not understand the single bed, I ordered a single bed, was given a double bed, I ordered a non-smoking room was given a smoking room even though I brought my children, because the nicotine in the cigarette was still left in the room that was intended for smoking. next, the hot water in the bathroom is no longer hot, cold water comes out. hotel towels that no longer absorb water. my family and I did not feel comfortable staying at the Grand Kanaya Hotel

lots of small cockroaches in the room, towels don't absorb water.. the room isn't soundproof..

Hotel staff is friendly, easy access to and from the hotel. Comfortable and clean, good food.

The room is not as shown in the photo, the atmosphere is scary and dirty, I took it for 2 days and immediately checked out on the first day. It was scary, we took a budget room initially and immediately upgraded to a deluxe room, like in the picture of the deluxe room 🤣 it was so scary it was unclear.

The bathroom is just a bit less fragrant. Overall everything is good🫶

the staff are kind and quick to respond. but there are also things that need to be evaluated, the bathroom section, sorry, the shower is very slow and the water is small, then there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the hallway area before going to the elevator. in the facility details there is a hair dryer, it turns out there is none so it's annoying if you know there isn't one, you can bring your own, right? 🥲. hopefully it will be better in the future.
