A quiet, convenient location. Room was beautiful and bed was comfy. Breakfast is very basic. Nespresso machine in room terrific! They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room for our anniversary! Could explain the transportation options a bit more clearly! 4/5 stars!

Very nice room with bathrobes and a fireplace. It's a bit of a hike to the main street, but they provide a shuttle. We didn't use it as we needed the exercise. They also have two EV charging stations.

Beautiful property with a charming atmosphere, wonderful staff, and an excellent location. It’s just a short walk to Old Town, making it perfect for leisurely morning strolls and exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake. The complimentary continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the breakfast casseroles, which were different each morning, and the alternating French toast and apple bread pudding were both outstanding. Brenda was amazing and made breakfast a highlight of each day. A special thank you to Antoinette at the front desk. She welcomed us so warmly from the moment we arrived, provided excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and was a joy to chat with throughout our stay. Her genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The only downside to an otherwise wonderful stay was our interaction with the housekeeper on our last morning. She seemed rushed and made us feel hurried to leave the room, which was disappointing. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. We highly recommend this property.

A perfect get away hotel.

Where do I start ? This place is perfect!! Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Such a beautiful place, would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

Clean property and friendly staff

We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable, spacious and well appointed, including a comfortable bed and excellent shower. A simple and fresh breakfast was included, as was wine and cheese in the evenings. The hotel is just a quick walk to the main section of town, as well as to the main Shaw festival theatre. There's plenty parking available - if not on the property then on the street. Best of all was the service - everyone went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

Beautiful property and large, spacious rooms!

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s perfect if you’re seeing plays, visiting the lovely town, or touring local wineries. We will return.

Very friendly staff

First off, the front desk staff were awesome. They could arrange for shuttles downtown and even pick up. They made registration fast and efficient. This charming hotel even has a cocktail hour at 4:00. Their breakfast was wonderful. I will be returning. Oakville, Ontario

We loved the room, which was quiet and roomy. The bed was firm, but comfortable. Breakfast had some sliced meat, cheese, fruit salad, an egg dish, pastries. It wasnt a big spread, but it was all we needed. Easy walk to the water and park. The walk to the old town is about 10 minutes through a quaint neighborhood.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful building and very walkable to main strip and walking paths.

The room was clean and welcoming. The main issue I had was the breakfast. I stayed for four days and the breakfast was exactly the same every single day. No variations. While the staff was attentive, it would have been nice to have had a variety instead of quiche and a bread pudding every single morning. Very little protein. Lots and lots of carbs (breads, pastries, etc.). I could see the look from other patrons as they saw all the carbs as well. From what the reviews were, I expected more.

No hot water for morning showers. Horrible to spend 4 nights and not get a hot shower!
