Very friendly on arrival. Amazing dinner option at their restaurant as we arrived right at dinner time. Very convenient on site.

Perfect property

From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff and continued until we left. We felt very pampered from the generous room upgrade, delicious included breakfast and kind service throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in a centrally located spot. We enjoyed the walk to Fira each day to find cute bakeries, artsy shops and delicious restaurants.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff accommodating your needs. All day food menu. Great breakfasts in a nice outdoor area. It's also in the center of Caldera so close to everywhere. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, very unique and friendly staff. Parking in the area could get a little hectic but overall you should be able to find one within 5 min walk.

Hotel was closer to a 2 star N. American hotel. View is awesome, staff mostly friendly. Room was a major disappointment, outdated, stunk of chlorine, muggy from indoor hot tub, and basically felt like a Motel 6. Basic tourist trap like so many of the businesses on Santorini Island. Grossly overpriced.

Great reception staff - special thanks to Chloe which was very professional and nice. She provided any support that we needed. Breathtaking views and breathtaking rooms. A true 5 stars hotel .

Beautiful and unique hotel with great hospitality. The restaurant is excellent. We loved breakfast. Our room was super cool and comfortable. A lot of things to do nearby and within a reasonable walking distance. The views are spectacular.

I had booked the vanilla room with private jacuzzi and sun deck. This was misleading. We had an individual jacuzzi right next to two others. There was no privacy.

Place was great, pristine and ideal for a couples trip. Service was fantastic and the area was quiet and beautiful.

Wow ! The location is amazing, 15 minutes by walk to Fira. The staff were really professional and gentle. The view from the little quiet pool was magnificent with the sunset every night.

Location and view ate great. The room is tiny and the bed mattress was too soft. Bathroom needs freshing up.

Pleasant hotel, beautiful views /scenery, clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Staff helpful and attentive. Housekeeping was a bit lax and there is no turn down service. Breakfast was fresh and beautiful. Parking is a bit of a nightmare so be aware if you rent a car. However that’s the same for most of the island!

Our room was very nice, but not what their website portrays. For ex. we had the vanilla room. It stated semi-private jacuzzi & the picture makes it look like the jacuzzi was inside the room with a view. I understand the description also stated "in some." I can completely understand all of this, but our jacuzzi was upstairs beside 2 other jacuzzi's. Our jacuzzi needs a serious paint job because paint was/ is flaking off in many spots. I could look past this as well, but then ours never got warm & definitely not hot. We went to the office 2 times to ask them to turn the jacuzzi on. Of the 3 jacuzzi's with our area with 3 rooms only 1 jacuzzi actually worked. Pool area was very nice & our shared yard was wonderful with fantastic views. Staff handling the luggage was unexpected & very appreciated. The one person who checked us in was nice & informative.
