Great location and great room service. Rooms were spacious, house keeping kept rooms very very clean and even took time folding my laundry and organizing my products. Location is a bit awkward if travelling into the city Center core. Breakfast buffet was okay at best, nothing to write home about. The attached Starbucks is another positive about this location.

The hotel is magnificently big and spacious with high interior designing. Love the chandelier at the entrance of the hotel. It’s revolving door give the New York Hotel vibes. Service wise, it’s impeccable. As we were hungry and wanted to order food from Meituan, we were unable to as the app needs a local number. Alison, one of the service staff was so kind that she offered to use her phone and help us to order our food. She has also been super helpful in our other needs like our numerous amount of water bottles and their house slippers which were of high quality. 5 thumbs up to Alison!

To stay at this hotel was really a bonus for a business trip. Very good position, perfect rooms also with very good tables for work and quiet environment.

I loved everything about this hotel. It’s very clean, modern, and the rooms are exquisite. The service here is exemplary, even for someone who doesn’t speak any Chinese. The executive club lounge is beautiful, and serves a full breakfast, and drinks/snacks every evening. Well worth the price for the upgrade.

The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and speaks of luxury. Great amenities like the pool and gym too! But the most amazing part was Alison, the front desk manager who attended to us from 13-15 May. We had issues ordering food from Mei Tuan, and she let us use her phone to order food without any hesitation, and called us when the food was here. Honestly, she didn’t have to do that, but she prevailed with an unparalleled service and sense of responsibility. She had a very warm and cheery persona which made us feel right at home!! Thank you Alison! To add on, another front desk Elk helped us to check our didi location and realized I put the wrong one. He helped us to communicate with the driver and luckily for him, if not we will be heading to the wrong station. Thank you Elk!
