Great location inside Old Town.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were four females traveling together and felt very safe and comfortable throughout our time. The space was the perfect size, and we truly felt like locals. One thing to note is that there are quite a few stairs in the area, and you should be prepared to walk for about 10 minutes with your luggage since cars can't access the old city. Overall, we had a lovely time and can't wait to return soon!

The owner is extremely accommodating and helpful beyond. The apartment is minimal with everything one would need for a short stay. Reasonable location considering the potential of so many more stairs. Highly recommend!

Our host was gracious and allowed us to check in early. The stairs going up to the apartment were steep and he carried our bags up the stairs for us.

Our stay was perfect! We were met at the airport and escorted to our unit close to The Walk of Shame”. Our host gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The unit was spotless and on a quiet corner tucked away from the crowds. I thought the unit upstairs might be noisy but aside from a few creaks in the floor, no issue!

We enjoyed our stay here, location was amazing and property was in very clean condition.

This was a very nice apartment. The owner, Stjepo, met us upon arrival. He was very nice and helpful. The apartment is located in the heart of old town where we walked to sites and restaurants. The room was very clean and roomy. We enjoyed our stay there.

This was an amazing property. Right in the heart of Dubrovnik. Great restaurants and architecture. Close walk to the Buzo Bar for afternoon drinks and swimming. Stjepo was fantastic to us responding quickly organizing transport, suggesting restaurants.

We only spent one night there but I would definitely go back. It was clean and spacious. The only negative was the steps…not easy when lugging suitcases.

We stayed in the upstairs unit of the Santa Maria. The 1st floor had a kitchen, a dining area, and a living area with a sofa and a TV. Upstairs was the bathroom and our bedroom. There were many windows both upstairs and down, which allowed us to get a fresh breeze anytime. The place was immaculately clean and everything worked. The bedroom has a slanted beamed ceiling, so you have to remember to duck when you walk around the bed. Our host, Stjepo, was terrific. He arranged for us to be met at the airport and driven to the gates of the old city. He rendezvoused with us there and walked us to the apartment. What personal service!

An outstanding apartment located perfectly in Old Town. Stejpo is a wonderful host who met us at the apartment and gave us some amazing recommendations for our time in Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is located literally a minute away from the Jesuit Staircase (as made famous by Game of Thrones), and provides a perfect location to see all that Old Town has to offer. The apartment features a kitchenette (with dishwasher and hobs), a lounge area, dining room table, a wonderfully powerful shower, and an exceptionally large and comfortable double bed. We spent our holiday travelling through Croatia and genuinely felt this was the best place we stayed. We highly recommend this place, and we hope to stay again soon Note: we stayed in the upstairs apartment. Looking at some of the photos on Google it is clear that the apartment has been renovated in the last couple of years, the photos from. 3 years ago do not represent the apartment in its current state, it's very bright and well designed

Very nice and clean apartment in the heart of the Dubrovnik. The apartment is well maintained to a great condition and very comfortable.

The apartment was in a great location, right in the centre of old town Dubrovnik. The room was spacious and clean. The host was very friendly & helpful. We were on the bottom floor of the apartment & Unfortunately because it's a very old building, every time the apartment above moved around their apartment the floor joists creeked and so did the floor boards. It was very loud & i still couldnt sleep even with ear plugs. It didnt help that the people staying above us returned home at early hours of the morning. So unfortunately we had 3 sleepless nights which was a shame because everything else was great. My advice is if you stay here, stay in the large apartment as its on the top floor.

Beautiful place in a gorgeous part of the Old Town with very helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean. Loved it!

The apartment was small but had everything we needed. We had to cancel and rebook like 3 times due to cancelled flights and Stjepo was very understanding. He was super helpful picking us up from the airport and telling us about Dubrovnik. He wanted us to pay in cash FYI, didn’t know that beforehand.

Just a great place and location, right by the GOT shame stairs. Stjepo was such a great host. Met us outside the walls and walked us to the apartment. Very clean and perfect for our 1 night stay. A must stay for value, location, and amenities.

My friend and I loved our stay at Apartments Santa Maria! The host is amazing and accommodating! Made us feel safe and welcomed to Dubrovnik! He picked us up from the airport on time and got us to the apartment with a ton of extra information we learned about this amazing city! The apartment is a studio. Two twin beds, clean bathroom, and a kitchenette. The size was perfect for the two of us. We didn’t feel we were on top of each other. Plenty of space and privacy with bathroom. For being right in “town” noise was minimal. We slept solid each night. Might hear the occasional cat fight (literal cats) but it’s part of the experience! You couldn’t ask for a better location either! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!
