We stayed four nights and enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was amazing and the eating area was clean. There is also a 'hot spring bath' downstairs, but I did not use it. The surrounding area is quiet even though the station is nearby. The hotel is across the street from the station. Hofu station is small and therefore it is not busy nor noisy at all. There was also an AEON center behind the station which was convenient for food and shopping. The room we stayed in was small. The bed takes up almost the entire room. There were three of us and with our luggage it was difficult to move about in the room. I would not want to stay in the room too long. The bathroom was tiny. If there is only one person staying, then the room size is fine. I would stay here again.

Staffs were friendly, although they only spoke very little English but it's good enough and understandable. Very good location, just in front of the station and with AEON and food court. Room was clean (very clean) with diff pillow to choose yourself, very comfy The only downside was the onsen. It has only one and alter for men & women but the time is quite inconvenient. But it's ok. I will stay again if I will visit the area.
