The hotel is dated as are the facilities. We made the mistake of selecting a smoking room, so our room smelled like an ashtray. It was difficult to determine cleanliness, because the furniture was old and the carpets were also old and stained. Transportation is extremely limited unless you want to ride a bike or walk. We requested a taxi at 5:30 am and were told that it was impossible. The staff members we interacted with were very helpful and polite. We also appreciated the ability to use the laundry facilities. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but if we interpreted the prices correctly, it was quite expensive.

Its ok, a little run down but not bad for the area. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Staff is wonderful! I also appreciated the free pass to the nearby onsen!

The hotel is a bit older, but it is clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable. AC controls, water pressure and temperature worked great. The bed was comfortable and clean. Wifi worked well. A great stay.

The hotel is quite old and the room is very small. There is smell in the lobby. But the price is cheap. Just for one night short stay is ok

是昭和年代的酒店，所有都好有年代感，尤其是「大浴場」，簡直…… 職員好親切。

とにかく古い！電源や、鏡が少ない。浴室の、壁はプクプクしててメジにカビがある。

水回りが汚い

壁が薄いのか、音が気になりました。

サービスのうまか棒が、嬉しかった。 玄関横の氷サービスが、よかったです。

正面の駐車場が空いておらず、チェックイン前に問い合わせると、スタッフの方が素早く気持ち良い対応をしてくださいました。昭和にタイムスリップしたような気持になるホテルです

昭和の雰囲気漂うホテルだが、サービスや清潔感に不満はない。和食の朝食もお腹いっぱいで満足。個室とは別で浴場も存在した。

建物特に風呂が汚い。

隣室との壁が薄いのか、声が大きかったのか、ボリュームは高めだったのか、音が抜けてきました。 音以外では不満はありません。

・かなり古いので仕方がないところもありますが、バスルームが特に汚かった。 ・要望に対しては、直ぐに対応してもらえた。 ・コインランドリーもあったけど、洗濯機、乾燥機は埃だらけで清潔ではなかった。

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。

昭和のビジネスホテルという感じです。設備は古いですが、宿泊料金を鑑みて妥当なところだと思います。フロントの方はとても人柄が良いです。
