everything stood out!!! from the reception desk to the breakfast staff. I felt like I was amongst family during my stay. They made me feel very welcome and at home. Tending to every detail in the hotel, you should be happy to have such a wonderful stuff working there.

The staff there ere excellent and very helpful, the eere clean and tidy with room service when req, breakfast was home fresh and you could help yourself to what you desired, woul d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in lakeside

Love this hotel, best one by a long way that I have stayed in in Pokhara. Excellent breakfast and fantastic coffee sets you up for the day. Very centrally located for everything on offer, enjoy - you will not be disappointed.

The hotel was very clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. Staff were always welling to help went above and beyond to assist when asked. Food was great, healthy and hygienic. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to solo travellers and families.

The location was perfect, and not only the nicest hotel in stayed in Pokhara, but all of Nepal. And theyre committed to no plastic waste and very eco friendly!

It was amazing stay 5 minutes walks to the lake activities and lot of restaurants. Staffs were very friendly and helped me with my tours.

It’s a great place for us to stay before starting the Annapurna Base Camp trek and close to the city centre (5mins walk) Had some Pani puri and Dani puri during the happy hour from 4-6 pm everyday.

Great stay and very helpful staff. Does a lot to try and be as environmentally friendly as possible. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower was severely lacking at times, delivering only a dribble.

hotel karuna is an eco-friendly, sustainable choice: thats my favourite part! the staff is super friendly and helpful, the lobby is welcoming with a great asthetic and karuna's breakfast is great! the only place i ever want to stay while in pkr.

Such a friendly place. The room was large, with good air con and hot water. It's not luxury but that's not what we expected for the price, and the extra touches such as the homemade soap/shampoo bar and unlimited drunking water were great. The highlights though were how lovely and helpful the staff were, and the breakfast was so good - different hot options every day with always the choice to have toast or waffles as well as fruit and yoghurt. Great value as it's included in the room price.

Hotel was clean and hot water shower available. Breakfast was included and delicious. Staff are nice. They let us use trekking poles for free.

Excellent stay. Only negative was the very rude male night manager who made us feel unwelcome and acted as if we were irritants when asking him questions. The day manager - who was a lovely young lady was just the opposite.
