The Breakfast was really nice, but I couldn't relax and really enjoy because that particular day it was crowded and as if everybody in the hotel went to eat at the same time.

Located right next to Matsue Station, the staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely stay there again.

Convenient location, friendlly staff. Didn't get to experience their onsen but overall, Dormy Inn hotels offer a good, casual experience.

I enjoy the public bath very much. The room was large enough for our two suitcases. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Room was spacious for us. Comfortable pants and top provided. Very nice bath and the free iced treats and massage chairs were a very nice surprise. We would stay there again for sure.

The rooms we stayed at were not big and didn't know until we showed up that we got two rooms instead of one, but it's a business hotel so it'd be just fine if you stay there for business purposes. Clean and communal baths available while you have only a shower in your own room.

Great location, clean property. I was a little surprised at the cost. I had to pay extra for parking and breakfast bringing my total over $400USD. The night before I stayed in a 4 star hotel in Hiroshima, with breakfast, free roof top drink and 15% off coupon and it was less than this location. Not sure I would stay here again. Beds were hard, no maid service and breakfast was not delicious.
