The hotel is located in walking distance from Nagano Station, which is very convenient! The staff speak fluent English, and they also provide lockers to leave your luggage for hotel guests. The room is clean and quite spacious for 3 adults, we really like how they provide amenities station and pillows that we can choose in the reception area. They also provide a laundry room that you could pay for (2 washing machines and 2 dryers (+ 1 Styler) on the 8th floor, do note it's quite busy especially at night). I highly recommend anyone who's coming into the Nagano area to stay at Next.

Perfect location for traveling around Nagano. I enjoy very big room and kind hospitality. Moreover the hotel provide better complementary with 24 h fresh coffee tea, more pillow, and more shower kits!

The service is friendly and fast but the hotel looks like the hotel is old so the TV is still old and small TV but the room is quite clean the location is close to Nagano station.
