Relaxing family trip. Good hot spring pool. Very friendly and polite staff. House keeping service is good!

An amazing hotel with fantastic amenities. The open air hot spring as well as the hot spring that came with the room was absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and high quality, and there are a lot of things to do at the hotel that we didn’t feel the need to leave. Would recommend and would stay again should we come back to Yilan!

The front office staff was very nice and courtesy. Love the room they had place us in. High ceiling and the balcony facing the pond were beautiful. Definitely will come back when possible.

The Villa pool is not senior friendly!!! Not safe !!

Hot spring tub in the room a little too small and the light above the tub was broken. Overall impression not as good.

In Yiran area, so far pleasant experiences at hotels such as Royal Chiao Hsi and MU JIAO XI HOTEL. This is the first time I’m staying here through a friends’ super HIGH recommendation for the Westin, but the photos are definitely a lot nicer than what you see in person. I realized I’m never trusting that friend’s recommendation again haha. We stayed one night in the deluxe room on the top floor. Pros: good service, 3rd floor rooms have high ceilings, comfortable bed. Cons: 1. the onsen tub is definitely a LOT smaller than expected (it can’t fit two people unless you like being a squatting loner in the tub). 2. Scenery is a parking lot. Would recommend guest to ask for the pond or the “tree” view. 3. What bothered me the MOST. the drainage smelled really bad. I felt bad because I thought it was my partner after using the toilet, but it was in fact sewage smell coming out of the pipe next to the toilet, we told the hotel staff but they just apologized and didn’t really comp us with anything, but it’s not their fault since we told them after we checked out and confirmed it was facility issue. Still though, no matter how friendly the staffs were, they could have made a gesture since we did bare with the smell ALL night. Not to mention our friends staying in the suite a few rooms over had a broken tv (that’s a different story). Overall, it was a pretty disappointing try-out.

Great spacious room, but got bad allergy while staying there not sure why. The facility is new and nice, staff are helpful, but need improvement on their food also their overly-heated hot spring.. :)

Very clean, comfortable and all staff was very kind. Hot spring was very nice. The only downside to this hotel is that the swimming pool is smaller than expected.

After my three days forest expedition in Taipin Shan National forest recreation area, my wife and I do need a resort for a complete rest and retreat. The Westin Yilan provided the wonderful place for us. We did enjoy our stay very much!

It’s very nice services and great environment. The hotel is new and clean, when I stay, it feels like overseas. I will like to stay again.

Hotel condition and service was good; however, the property is constrained by its size and (mediocre at best) location. Facilities tend to be smaller and is tucked into a residential neighborhood with few things around - e.g. when swimming in the (relatively smaller) pool, one of the neighbors was burning something and the smell permeated the entire pool area.

朝餐 is 越來越 弱. this is 2nd time and purpose going your hotel 豊富的 朝餐. but , a little bit disappoint at this time...

Nice Stay in Westin Yilan , however nothing in the local area and either google not correctly located Hotel as well, we almost get lost when return after dinner. HOtel is new but I think need more facilities to support the business, especially nothing around. room was nice but it will be great have more choice of pillow and always too hard for me.

Brand new hotel with Westin standard. Great services. It is unique in Yilan area. Will go back again.

The staff was friendly and the facilities were nice, but there were lots of mosquitoes.
