The restaurant's breakfast system is odd. You order from a menu, and there's food and drinks available at the entrance, but not for guests. The service at the breakfast area is terrible, with guests being impatient when it comes to informing guests. I will never stay here again and don't recommend it.

Yesterday, the AC seemed to be leaking, there were splashes of water coming out of the AC. Please check again so that the facilities will be better in the future.

I've been a regular at this hotel. The service is great, but if I may suggest something, the shower is a bit problematic, but otherwise everything is good.

The receptionist was friendly and kind. I made a mistake when checking in and requested a reschedule, but it was rejected and we had to rebook. We returned tonight with the previous booking. I thought this would be a problem, but it turned out the staff didn't remember us.
