The room and location are quite good, the pool is also suitable for children, it's a shame that the breakfast service is bad, every guest must first order a fried rice or bread menu, even though there are quite a lot of guests, it's a shame that the guests have to wait 2 hours for the fried rice to be made, I saw the kitchen staff only half to the restaurant at 7 o'clock, even though other places the food is ready at 7 o'clock, at least, with the price of 500 it should be a buffet breakfast, the fried rice is very salty.

The room smells stuffy and there is a lot of dust. Please open the room first before guests arrive to let some air in.

The room's AC is not cold at all even though it has been re-serviced for 2 hours.

Not bad for a break, the beach is close by, only on the second day breakfast was late.

The hotel is nice for a vacation because you can enjoy the sea atmosphere. The only drawback is that if you want to have an event, please pay attention to the comfort of hotel guests who are not attending the event.

Booked deluxe type room. Staying at room 15 and 16. Room very old and dirty, bathroom very standard. No coffee or tea avaikable, no fridge no nothing. Bad condition is very bad. Towel very bad and dirty. Very much over prices compare the rooms conditions. Breakfast is bad. No buffe, cheapest standard available (mie goreng, Nasi Goreng and Roti Goreng. Not recommendedat all.

The hotel itself was superb, especially if you want to blend with the nature. Great rooms (although the shower, faucet, jet showers and bathroom drainage needed some fixes), cozy pool, good ambience, nice food, friendly and helpful staffs, good price. All great until a wedding was held on my second day; People buzzling on a noisy preparation since the night before and on the next early morning, the uncosiderate speaker man turned the volume to the maximum on an annoying music, preventing any effort I made to rest myself. I had to go from the hotel to escape the loudness. If you want to stay in this lovely hotel, make sure no wedding would be held during your visit.

A good hotel with a direct view to Senggigi beach, just for breakfast, you have to wait a long time because the chef is only one person serving many guests.

The room booked doesn't match the one in the hotel. As there is no water supply in the room.

In the bathroom the hot water didn't work, the telephone didn't work so to ask for info or order came straight to the lobby.

Stay at this hotel for 3 days for a honeymoon, there is a swimming pool which directly faces the sea. The room is big but the shower water feels a bit smelly, unfortunately no breakfast. Around the hotel there are motorbike rental places so going everywhere is easy. 5 minutes to Senggigi beach. Next will stay there again.

The hotel is clean, the view is pleasant, in the morning we can hear the waves and birds chirping. Cool air. Pool + cool beach. Mantul.
