Comfortable hotel close to the train station. I was able to leave luggage before check-in. Microwave available which I didn't use. A large array of toiletries

The hotel is very convenient to the train station, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The hotel provides multiple vending machines for your convenience which is nice because the nearest 7/11 I could find was about a 10 minute walk. Getting near the port is also easy enough, it's about a 20 minute walk to the downtown area and some good restaurants.

The location of the hotel is superb right across from the train station, perfect if you are training in from Ichinoseki, and easy to go into town as there are local transit and taxi always waiting at the station. Room is neat and clean and staff is very friendly and helpful even if your Japanese is lacking. Breakfast buffet has half Japanese and half western options. A great choice of lodging to see this charming little Tōhoku town!

朝食も6時からやっていただき、いつもは朝食が付いていても食べられない事が多いのに嬉しかったです

客室は古さが否めないが特に不満なく 過ごせました スタッフ対応も良くまた機会があれば利用させてもらいます

スタッフの方が親切でした。 ホテル内でお土産を購入できて、助かりました。

設備の古さは隠せないが 清掃が行き届いており、 快適に過ごせる事が出来ました。

連泊したのですが、2日目チョット遅く帰ったら駐車場の空きスペースが無くフロントに言ったら近くの市営駐車場を利用して下さいとの事。 自腹で、結局宿泊料金プラス千円かかりました折角安く泊まれたと思ったのに。

気仙沼駅の真前、また駐車場も充実しているので複数の仲間と落ち合うのに便利。

駅近だがそばに飲食店少なく飲食は不便だった。 （徒歩10分の寿司屋へ行ったが） 又、設備が古く浴槽の水が中々抜けなかった。

朝ごはんが美味しかった

部屋にマッサージチェアが設置されていて、運転疲れが回復出来た。

皆さん親切でした

日にち変更にも心良く対応して頂きました。朝ごはんも美味しかった 次の日も動きやすかったです 居心地よかったです ╰(*´︶`*)╯

シンプルだけど、最高。

駅の真正面で立地は最高です。接客も良くホテル自体に不満は特にないのですが、とにかく食べるところがない！駅に売店程度のNewdaysありますが営業時間7:30-18:00と短く最寄りのセブンイレブンまで15分程度歩く必要があります。飲食店も駅前にとんかつ屋がありますが長期滞在だと結局タクシーで食べに行く事に。ホテルに立派な朝食会場あるので夜も営業してくれれば非常にありがたいのですが・・・。

駅の周りは何もないので、夜はレストランなどもあまりなく真っ暗です、ホテルは綺麗で快適です。
