Wow.. What a wonderful stay! The staff was courteous, professional and kind. Room was kept tidy my entire stay. The rooftop onsen was sublime, the bowling alley was an awesome surprise, the hotel was accessible to gorgeous Jogasaki coastline and the views were immaculate. I left refreshed and inspired. To the Akazawa hotel I give my sincerest arigatou gazaimasu!

Hotel is very old and run down. It needs a good facelift and renovation. Carpet had stains and was dirty in the rooms and hallways. Rooms were a good size. Expensive for the state of the hotel

Excellent location and quiet compared to Atami. Baths were really nice and relaxing.

We loved our stay here. Amazing Onsen options, delicious food, and incredible views. When we come back to Japan, we will return!

Our stay was amazing! The hotel was clean and comfortable with large rooms and a breathtaking view. The onsen was fabulous as well. The staff were helpful and kind!! It was fun to try to converse in English and Japanese.

部屋の清潔感。ベッドカバーや家具類のアップグレードが長い事していない。

緑に囲まれた広大な敷地で一泊じゃ足りないくらいたくさんのアクティビティが楽しめた。温泉はホテルも隣接の温泉施設も申し分ないくらい素晴らしい！客室はシンプルで広々していて快適。何よりも海を臨む景観が感動的に美しい。残念な点はエレベーターが一基しかない上に狭いためかなり待たされることくらい。

スタッフの笑顔　そして流暢な日本語 素晴らしかった。温泉もとてもよく お肌すべすべになった。 お部屋のコンセントが増えると良いな。

客室の空調が夜間効かず寒かった。食事が不味かった。ホテルからラウンジやボーリング場への運行状況が悪く敷地内にある他の施設をまったく利用出来なかった。スタッフの対応は良かったが日本人には日本人スタッフが良いと感じた。品質の良い日本の旅館になりたいのか、それとも西洋風のホテルになりたいのかよくわからない中途半端な経営でこれでは将来がむづかしいと感じた。

スパが無料で利用できたのが良かったです。

いつもは日帰り温泉に行っているのですが、今回は家族を連れて2泊させて頂きました。施設自体の老朽化は否めないものの、部屋の広さやスタッフ様のサービス面は非常に良かったです。お風呂が素晴らしいのは言わずもがなですが、朝食のアジフライは本当に絶品でした！他のも非常に美味しくとても満足出来ました！また利用させて頂きます。
