It was very comfortable staying here. The location is strategic, close to Ueno Station, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The room wasn't large but was quite comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is on a high floor with a great view and convenient location near the purple building (a building in Bangkok). However, it might not be in a very busy area as it's in the same building as offices. The amenities in the room are adequate, but there's no lotion or lotion. The pajamas are a bathrobe style, not a shirt and pants set.

The reception staff were friendly and kind, the view was beautiful, the hotel rooms were small but clean.

I stayed at the Crown Hills Hotel Ueno for six days. The room and bed weren't particularly large, but they were above average for a hotel of the same price. The room was quite clean. The bathroom and hot water were excellent. It's equipped with air conditioning, an air purifier, and a water heater. The location is strategically close to JR and Metro stations, as well as the airport train. It's also conveniently close to Ameyokocho Market and two stations from Asakusa. I would definitely return if I ever return to Tokyo.

- There were blood stains in the blanket. - I asked for a replacement pillow because it was too hard. The staff said they had no more and offered me a flat pillow to use instead. - I was a bit disappointed because the location was great, but the cleanliness and service were all out of whack. 😕

The hotel is located on the 20th floor and above, offering a high view. On a clear day, you can see Fuji, while on the other side you can see Tokyo Skytree. The breakfast is good and varied. The location is within walking distance of Ameyoko shopping, near the purple building of Takeya. It is also easily accessible from the airport using the Skyliner.

The room is very big compared to most hotels in Tokyo. There is a washer and dryer in the room which I like very much because we stayed for many days and did laundry almost every day. We didn't have to carry a lot of clothes. Plus, when we got back, we didn't have to do it again. The location is very convenient. It's near the purple building. After shopping, we walked back to the hotel and went shopping. It's also convenient when traveling from the airport. The price is good if you book a long time in advance. This is my number one hotel in Tokyo.

Near the bouya yakiniku restaurant and ameyoko market. There is a 7-11 downstairs. The hotel breakfast is good.

Booked 2 non-smoking rooms but got only 1 room. The other room is a smoking room. Can't change it.

This is our first hotel visiting Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Although very small, it is very clean and very well-maintained. Sufficient amenities, microwave oven, and laundry available. Seven Eleven on the 1st floor helped a lot. Location quite strategic, close to restaurants and shops in Ueno.

Clean room and not squeezy. Has a private bathroom. The bed was quite firm and the aircon was noisy, but it was good enough for my one night.
