They had no record of our Hotels.com reservation and it took a long time before we convinced them to allow us to check in. There is an obvious problem of communication between Hotels.com and this hotel which needs to be rectified. After the check in debacle, the service was good, except we were forced to pay cask at the hotel restaurant because the waiter paid cash to the chef who apparently is not employed by the hotel. Too strange for words. Not four star or even three star procedures established.
