The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged my onward travel to Battambang for me and a staff member who spotted me at the French Watchtower, gave me a ride back on her motorbike.

Great rooms on the riverside, cafe next door NB no tour desk

We stayed a night here on our way up to Kratié. It was perfect for the price. Central. Booked a room overlooking the Mekong and watched the sun come up from the balcony. Everything worked - ac and hot water. Next door to best restaurant (per TA) in town (Smile) - owed by the hotel as well I think. Scary over elaborate bedrooms!

The hotel was pretty clean and the room was a generous size - our room 205 had no natural daylight as there appeared to be building work outside our room. The location was good. The staff were very helpful with good English language skills For what we paid the hotel was very good value for money

Standard room: Aircon unit not clean- lots of mold, bath room is dirty.

Hôtel d’un charme d’antan suranné avec du mobilier en bois massif sculpté en provenance du Mondolkiri. Une décoration de style khmer qui m’a beaucoup séduit. Localisation extraordinaire avec un balcon avec vue sur le Mékong. Je reviendrai !

I reserved river view room, suprieior twin, expensive room. However this hotel does not offer the room.

Sur ma réservation qui était payé depuis 6 mois il était stipulé avec balcon et vue sur le Mékong La chambre que l on m a proposé non seulement n avait pas vue sur le Mékong mais elle n avait pas de fenêtre du tout On pouvait m en donner une mais il fallait que je paie le double Il a fallu palabre pendant 20 mn je n ai pas cédé et j ai obtenu ce qui était marqué sur ma réservation

Chambre sans fenêtre Accueil glacial, service inexistant. Pas de location de vélo, pas de petit déjeuner

Wahrscheinlich hatten wir nur Pech mit dem Zimmer. Laut, keine Frischluft, kein Tageslicht und ein sehr seltsamer Geruch. Sehr alte und verkommene Bettwäsche und Handtücher. WLAN hat auf dem Zimmer nicht funktioniert.

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable, bien meublée. Bien situé en face du Mékong. Très bon restaurant à côté de l'hôtel.
