Smell of sewage from the bathrooms, WiFi non existent. They should at least leave some things to keep the property clean, no bin liners, sponge or washing up liquid, literally nothing - I wasn’t going to buy every household cleaning product for a short stay. It is a shame because that explains why the property was dirty. No bins in the bathroom either

Great price for last minute. Well located. The lady at the front counter initially must get some manners. Agitatedly accusing/greating me with being late after arriving at 20:30 although expedia shows check in until 2200. But the other staff was great!

We were upgraded to a better bungalow on arrival . We loved it at Camping Village Baya. Everything was so well organised and very clean and tidy. The restaurant was very good and we had the best meal of the holiday whilst we were there. Breakfast was very disappointing as there wasn't much choice and it wasn't laid out very well. The camp was right on the beach and it was lovely. I have never stayed at a Camping Village before and could highly recommend it.

Gutes Camping Village. Insgesamt sehr sauber, nahe am Strand und mit Pool, der Ende Oktober noch geöffnet war.

Per gli amanti del campeggio soggiorno perfetto, a due passi dal mare e in mezzo alla natura. Vicino alla pista ciclabile per raggiungere Castiglione in mezzo alla favolosa Maremma Toscana. Ogni volta è un piacere

Bella struttura e completa in tutto

Sono venuta in questa struttura alloggiando in un Bungalow Trendy con una promo di Expedia. L'alloggio corrispondeva alla descrizione, era molto pulito e completo di angolo cottura con piatti e utensili, comprese padelle e pentole. Nota dolente, volevamo farci una pastasciutta al volo, la pentola c'era ma mancava uno scolapasta. Consiglio anche di aggiungere una o due insalatiere. Per il resto niente da segnalare.

Struttura curata e tranquilla… unica pecca non hanno avvisato che la spiaggia privata non era praticabile per dei lavori del comune. A mio avviso avrebbero dovuto avvisare i clienti

Siamo stati qui per la prima volta, è un bellissimo villaggio , con parco giochi per i bimbi, un bar grande , campo di calcio, pallavolo ,tennis. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Hervorragend war die Lage des Campingplatzes, die Sicherheit, der Zugang zum Strand, das saubere Wasser und der Ausblick auf Felsen und Burg bzw. Turm. Verbesserungswürdig wäre der schriftliche Hinweis auf Sehenswürdigkeiten und Veranstaltungen in der Umgebung, zusätzlich zu den Scanmöglichkeiten über Codes bezüglich älterer Urlauber..

My name is Ivonne Ariza and I made a reservation on June 2 at 2350 hours because during my trip, the vehicle broke down and i was left alone in Grosseto. i used the expedia app and booked a bungalow so i could rest overnight at this hotel. When i arrived at the hotel, the security guard informed me that the reception only worked until 10 at night and despite having the electronic document of the reservation, he did not have the possibility of delivering the bungalow because he did not have keys. I had to sleep in the car in the Parking lot. When I communicated with Expedia that day, I was informed that the check-in time was until 10:00 p.m. the system allowed me to make the reservation after that time, which is not logical. I request them for the return of my money because the reservation was made after the check-in time and the inability to rest in a comfortable place for which i paid; in the event of an accident in my vehicle. I paid for a service that was not provided. I tried to comunicate by e mail with the hotel, but they don’t answer. I will send a complain about this Situation to the European Consumer Centre- Italy. Be Careful with this Hotel
