I was incredibly impressed with my recent stay at your hotel. It truly exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk away from the vibrant Shibuya nightlife and an amazing shopping experience. Being so close to the train station made exploring the city a breeze. The room itself was immaculate, combining modern elegance with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. Without a doubt, I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience—I can't wait to return!

Amazing and relaxing stay

The hotel was within the Toki no Sumika resort so it was easy walking to the restaurants, shops, and illumination. The hotel room was clean but their beds and pillows were hard, which, is the Japanese standard. However, I’m a memory foam type of gal so for me it was very uncomfortable. The view of Mount Fuji from our room was outstanding! We didn’t request a Mountain View room so this wasn’t an additional fee. Their onsen within the hotel was small without an outside onsen. But it was clean and nice. They do provide a coupon for free usage of one of the onsens within the resort, but it was around a 5 minute walk outside the hotel. That onsen was bigger and nice. The breakfast buffet was small but okay. The view of Mount Fuji was fantastic while eating. Overall, I would recommend people to stay at this hotel if you are planning on going to Toki no Sumika for the winter illumination!

別館のランドリー室が暑い。乾燥機が乾ききれなかった。

イルミネーションが見れたり温泉も利用出来たりと、お得なプランでした。

カジュアルに泊まれて、温泉やビールなども楽しめる ちょっとした休暇滞在に丁度いいホテルでした。

部屋の鍵が開けにくく感じた。 後は特になし 大変気に入りました またゆっくりと利用したいと思ってます。

温泉の他にも施設内のアクティビティが充実しているので大満足です。 コスパがとても良いです

お風呂やレストランの選択肢もありファミリーで楽しめました。 気に入ったのでリピートしたいと思います。

全体的には、イベントやレストランなどもあり、テーマパークのような素敵な施設です。ただ、ホテルの設備は改修が必要です。御殿場高原本館を予約したのですが、隣の「Brush-UP Hotel」に部屋を手配してもらいました。駐車場も多く立地は良かったのですが、快適さは感じられませんでした。

住所が違った

眺望はすごくよかったです。ただ、覗き込まなければ富士山は見えませんでした。それよりも、窓が汚くて素晴らしい眺望が台無しでした。温泉は本館と少し歩いた場所のに箇所に入りましたが、スチームサウナはものすごくカビ臭かったです。

周りに色々飲食店やテーマパーク、温泉なともあり 家族や恋人と宿泊するには良いホテルです。

敷地内にイルミネーションや水族館があり、馬や山羊もいて、小さい子連れでものんびり楽しめたし、お風呂も良かった。レストランや手作り工房(お土産屋さん？)も大満足だった。 一方、ベッドルームに大きなホコリの塊が落ちていたり、窓を開けようとしたら年季物のクモの巣が張っていたりした点は残念な気持ちになった。

ちょうど雨が不足している時期で、下水が少し臭って気になったのが 他はとてもよかった 空調もよく部屋も広く 子供用にエクストラベッドも入れても、部屋はゆったり使えました。 子供連れでいつも和洋室をつかっていましたが、洋室もこんなに使い勝手がいいなら今度はこっちかな？と思っています。

予約が、本館ではなく、別館Brush、Upの方とは露知らず、あまりの違いに些か驚きました。屹度、本館御殿場高原ホテルであれば、もう少し異なった印象を受けたとは思います。温泉大浴場は泉質は良いものの露天もなく陳腐な構造。時代に取り残された構造、少なくとも温泉天国御殿場の名が泣くと思うレベル。称え、レベルの低い別館ホテルとは言え、今の時代、コスパ悪すぎと思わざるを得ません。しかし、もう無理だとは思います、改善は。以上。
