The hotel central to all tourist attractions and 5 minutes walk from the bus station. A period property that has been tastefully modernised. I highly recommend it.

Great food and atmosphere. Only issue is parking and accessibility. Hotel location makes it difficult to access with a wheelchair or walker. Room itself was great, as was the restaurant

Stayed for one night. Staff were fantastic, service at breakfast amazing and the room was lovely and quiet. Very comfortable bed and central to town so a great spot.

The greeting at reception was very inviting. We were up upgraded and greeted with a glass of fizz. The room was lovely and the bar and breakfast were great. I would throughly recommend staying here. Great central location with close by parking.

Room was lovely. We were greeted with a lovely girl on reception. And the staff in the restaurant couldn't be nicer, we were served beautiful food, and they gave us good advice on what to do. We will be back for sure!

From the moment you walk in the staff are friendly and very helpful - the rooms were spacious clean and a lovely shower. The breakfast each day was fabulous - the location is so central - can’t wait to plan my next trip to Derry were I will stay at the Shipquay 100%

From the moment we arrived I was blown away by the friendliness of all the staff. Front of house were exceptionally amazing, gave great recommendations for things to do in Derry over the weekend. Ate in the restaurant on Friday night and the menu had great options for everyone, food was delicious. Overall we had an amazing weekend, the hotel was warm, comfortable and welcoming and would definitely recommend.

This hotel was a delight and mainly due to how lovely the staff are! Lots of little extras offered at moments we didn’t expect them, amazing water pressure, comfy beds and pillows, and honestly an excellent breakfast menu. The location is very central to everything and we had a great time.
