I booked a family room for two adults and one 9 year old, when we arrived they said we do not do family rooms, he did put in a z bed but charged me £10 per night, and when i went to pay the bill it was not the price when i booked the room, it cost me over £400 and the holiday to start with should have only been £350, so i was not happy,

Older style rooms but comfortable. In the middle of town & very close to the Castle. Friendly, helpful staff. Food at dinner & breakfast very nice, hot breakfast was cooked on request. A little tricky finding the car park but finally worked out well.

Good bed, good sized shower, good breeze through the window. The breakfast hours are too early nd too short, and you apparently have to reserve a table for dinner, but they do room service and it was quick and delicious. They desperately need WiFi extenders.

The bed base was broken and uneven beneath the mattress and should not be used

We had a most enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and professional. We ate in the bar or restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the interesting menu and the quality of the food. Definitely the place to stay in Pembroke.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast & delivery was exceptional The house keeping of our room was excellent What I would recommend is a new mattress & bedding, this let down our comfort. The mattress creaked & you could feel springs every time you turned over.

Lovely old Welsh hotel in the main part of town. It has great traditional decor, wonderful room with large window, breakfast was very nice with very helpful staff. The only problem we had was the absence of much in the way of public transportation from the ferry port to the main part of Pembroke where the hotel was located. That was not the fault of the hotel so the hotel itself was great!

Warm welcome. Comfortable rooms. Fabulous food. And a very convenient situation in the heart of town. Managed to do a wonderful walk out along the estuary from the hotel one day, so didn’t have to use the car. And a hearty cooked breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay, centrally located for our stay, had a lovely meal, very friendly staff. Would recommend.

You get a warm welcome on arrival. The hotel is situated in a great place opposite the CSTLE. The room was warm, clean and very comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee. Great place to stay.

The room was average and tired but comfortable enough for a nights rest. Didn’t go for breakfast as there was no appeal to the dining area. Wasn’t informed until after booking that breakfast was continental and that there was no restaurant service as they were undergoing reservations, if we had know this we may have booked somewhere else

This was my second visit here. I really like this Hotel. The only downside is that the Dinner menu is a bit pricey, a minimum of £19 for a main course puts 2 courses out of my work budget
