The staff is amazing and make you feel like family. Room was lovely with a sea view. Need more vegetarian options on the menu. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but we were disappointed that there was no air conditioning or telephone service in the room. As it was a very warm week during the heatwave, the room became quite uncomfortable and we had to request an extra fan. We also paid an additional £10 for a sea view, but unfortunately there was scaffolding outside the hotel building, which affected the view and was disappointing. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the spa facilities, which were lovely and clean. We particularly enjoyed using the jacuzzi and the foot spa. Despite some disappointments, the spa experience was a highlight of our stay.

We had a suite for 2 adults and 3 children Cobwebs in the rooms, bedding had small stains on it ,toilet door won’t lock,very dated and run down there was scafolding in front of our window not a problem except the ladders were not protected ( that means anybody could have climbed up the ladders to the windows ) car park is free but very small and full had to pay for parking we only stayed for 1 night it makes a premier inn look like 5 stars sorry but it’s the truth

Very windy day and night ,which the hotel caught as it was on the sea front . Difficult to get to sleep.

Amazing location, great staff. Very flexible. Good value for money for a bank holiday weekend. The studio apartment is spacious. Only thing I would improve on is the minor cleanliness of the room. Needs better hoovering and checking behind the furniture.

Our room is on the 2nd floor with a lovely sea view. Room was spotless and had been revamped since we last stayed in this room. The hotel looks lovely and refreshed all through. The staff are always helpful , friendly and on hand fir anything you need. Breakfast is plentiful and very enjoyable, along with the barstaff. We have been staying here for 8 years now. I think its well situated for a peaceful break, but local to all you need and it also has parking and electric charging here now.

Great value room for the price. Cheaper than Premier inn. It does rest on it’s laurels a bit, but it is a great place to stay when in Aber.

The “spa” and “gym” were a hot tub and a dark room full of miscellaneous junk which wasn’t conducive for relaxing.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room (sea view). Some remedial maintenance work going on but didn’t detract from the stay

Power of shower poor, table very unstable.

No one was at reception when I tried to check in, found the receptionist in the bar chatting to bar staff. Which was fine, but then having to wait while she finished her cola and (non work related) chat was pretty rude. Room was dirty (dried wee on the toilet seat), and tiny. Booked for 2 people but only 1 set of towels. The room had patio doors directly onto a roof terrace with easy stair access for burglers - couldn't open the curtains as made you extremely visible. Hopefully I was just unlucky with the room allocated and check in staff I encountered. The lady on check out the next morning was very professional.

The room was disgusting there was long black hair everywhere I’m blonde and there was also animal hair everywhere all over the sheets and on the towels and the shower mat was moldy and the kettle had water in it still which created calcium buildup and there was black mold on the filter which is disgusting I was very unhappy with how unhygienic the room was

Beach views were great. The decor needs some attention (wallpaper peeling from walls) in the bedroom...

When we turned up on New Year’s Eve with a new born baby we was given the wrong room. We had booked a deluxe room but received a normal double. So we went down to reception to complain and we got given another room with a bath with jets which was not the best kept. The bath when the jets were running all dirt came out of the jets and filled the bath water 2 times. So we had to complain a second time to finally be given a 3 bedroom apartment which was nice but still with the messing around this was an awful experience.

Woken up at to 2am by some bloke whose girlfriend had locked him out and who subsequently screamed at him for some time after she finally let him in. It’s that kind of place

The room was nice enough but housekeeping could have been better. Our bed was made but little was done in the bathroom and our cups weren't cleaned or changed. We had breakfast at the hotel on our first morning. It was adequate but not exciting. On the last night, we found ourselves in the room immediately above a very loud Christmas party. Our room was literally shaking and the drawers on our dresser were vibrating open. It would have been sensible to warn us or not put us in that room at all. As we were checking out the following day, there was vomit on the path down to the car and cigarette butts everywhere.
