A very clean, well appointed room. Staff very responsive. Great communication on WhatsApp. Room located on delightful, treed square with easy access to restaurants. Only drawback was a noisy bar next door that didn’t quiet down until after 2 pm. Maybe it’s quieter on weeknights../

Had a great stay! The spot is easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. There’s many locals that gather every night so if you don’t like noise, be mindful of that, but I enjoyed seeing them gather. Made the area feel more authentic. The stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly, providing helpful tips and sightseeing ideas. The check out experience was also easy considering we had to leave at 4am!

What a gem of a place! Cute little apartment in a great location - can walk to many main sites and train/tram in 20 minutes. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Front desk staff very helpful. Great stay.

I loved this property and plan to come back, check in was seamless everyone was so nice and it was in a great area. It is a walk up depending on what floor you’re in but I didn’t mind. My room was actually perfect for a solo trip and the room was nice and modern. The AC was great as well. I’ve raved to my fellow flight attendant and pilot friends regarding this property. 10/10 would recommend.

Great staff and accommodations in an amazing area of Lisboa. So close to many markets, restaurants and maybe a 10-15 minute walk to some of the more popular sites. Really enjoyed our time here, it was perfect for our one night stay. We had a lower, street level apartment with the bathroom being a little more of a basement addition (the layout was nice, bedroom on front of building bathroom at back, split by the kitchen and entryway) so by no means were you cramped. Also would be a great option (the lower level especially) during the really hot months to keep cool! Amenities were great, there was a fridge and honestly can’t say enough about the water pressure and water heater after a long day walking 15+ miles through the city! Thank you to the staff who were warm and friendly. They also (during our stay) allowed you to store luggage if the room wasn’t open.

Amazingly comfortable, walkable, cozy little place overlooking a charming little park with restaurants and shops less than a block away! Staff were kind, helpful and incredibly pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and had everything one could need. Only thing to know in advance is that you will need to take the stairs to reach most rooms, so plan accordingly. Overall, I had a wonderful visit and felt like I was in a quiet little space just blocks away from the heart of the city.

The room was beautiful and clean, the location was perfect with a little park nearby and restaurants all around. When I had a problem with finding a ride to the airport, the staff helped me out instantly, and I managed to catch my flight.

Overall disappointing. The room was in a separate building two blocks from the check in, and up two steep flights of stairs. Small room, one small window. New shower but had spongy base, installed improperly. TV turned on but showed only a programming message. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Location was very good, with local cafes right there.

Convenient location. Some of the units can be very noisy. There is a beautiful square with restaurants and convenience store in walking distance. The units are a bit dated but comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice area, lovely people at reception and very clean. I had a balcony with a view to the inside of the block, was nice and calm, noise was not a problem for me. Will definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation was ground floor, dark and very damp. Opening the front door from the street there are garbage bins inside, just near the apartment door. The neighbours upstairs were noisy - loud tv, music and stomping around on wooden floor boards till past 1am. Reception said they couldn't do anything about it as the people above were residents and they didn't have anything else available. Two nights were 2 nights too long.
