The staff is not in the office every time, so must ask them to make the room. Otherwise, you can't get towel and bottles of water. Even they make the room, there are sands even on the bed. You can choose 5 different foods for breakfast and they were so so to compare with other guesthouse. They requested green tax at $3 per person/per day, but we already pre-paid to Hotels.com. So must check. The owner was nice and informed everything and I only met him on the first day.The room and the bathroom are not easy to be ventilated.

We had a very great holiday in Holiday Haven Ukulhas. Guys there were very helpful. Everything worked well. Hopefully we will be back there some day.
