We entered our room and found it freezing cold. We got it spurted but didn’t expect that. Also hair conditioner in the shower was completely empty.

Clean room, staff was great, TV not working and person in room in 5 min to repair.

Major front desk issue, multiple charges on credit card. Zero response from manager

We stayed one night at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton West and overall had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The heated underground parking was a huge win, especially since it was incredibly cold when we arrived. The only downside was that the rooms are a bit noisy we could hear pretty much everything happening outside the room. Still, we would happily stay again.

When you pay $435 for 2 nights and you’re room doesn’t get cleaned , no bed made, had to go to front desk for some towels, Not worth it !

Breakfast was not worth $18 dollars. Just basic breakfast.

Room was good but TV did not work properly. They came and got it working however we had issues with it all weekend. Shut off automatically and couldn’t get it back on.

Room wasn’t ready when first arrived but was quickly finished and in my room quickly. Very nice hotel and quiet.

Plenty of parking, the staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were good, very clean and quiet. Very nice workers but internet is always a top priority for someone people and it wouldn’t connect son’s XBOX all thru my stay.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel had everything we needed, like garage parking and it was quite near West Edmonton Mall which is what we were wanting. The room was just old along with its pillows and bedsheets. But the overall exprience was great and would book a stay with them again.
