Great stopover hotel with a beautiful old town within 15 minutes walk. We requested a ground floor room and appreciated being able to park our car (plus bikes) almost directly outside. Pleasant bar/restaurant area both inside and out. Would definitely stay again

As an American in a foriegn country, there are challenges with languages and services. We're spoiled here in the US. Big gyms, ice machines on every floor, etc. FIrst person I encountered spoke English well, room was made up every day and overall stay was enjoyable. Entering building from other than the main doors only negative. Will definitely return when staying in the area.

Great hotel, very impressed. Room was modern and very clean. Bed was big and very comfy with memory foam pillows. Bathroom very clean with toiletries and towels. Used as a stopover for one night, easy access with free car parking.

All good with friendly stafff. Had a 3 course evening meal at a reasonable price.

Stayed here before, loved it then too. We could cast our phone to the room TV to watch American TV. Great place!

The shower head was broken which I didn't notice until the next morning and it was like showering with a hose pipe. On reporting it to reception at check out, they already knew about it but I was still given the room even though I checked in before 16.00 so many other rooms were available.

Very friendly staff, good-sized room, ample free parking, decent buffet breakfast. 10 minutes walk from town centre.

Laval was a beautiful town. Our hotel room was very spacious, clean land comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful great accommodation.

Clean and tidy, helpful reception. The restaurant was closed during our stay but the receptionist kindly allowed us to order in pizzas and eat them at the bar area.

Very nice hotel with all the facilities, but the restaurant and bar were closed on the night we were there. Decor a bit dated and the shower seals and silicone could do with replacing as marked

Our check in was good, but problem with the cod key and it was a pity that they were displaying the daily rate as 71euros as opposed to the 78 we paid, meal in restaurant was good, no wifi in the bedrooms and no way to ventilate the room only by an open door so it was hot,, bedroom teatray hadnt been refilled, the bar was very nice, very quiet position. So no teabags and not enough milk

Friendly staff, decent restaurant, no fuss and bother. As a smoker I appreciated the door to the outside world in the ground floor rooms.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eine Radfahrer-Equipe vor Ort sei. Daraus ergaben sich verschiedene Unannehmlichkeiten. 1. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden, alles war mit den Fahrzeugen der Radfahrer überstellt. 2. Das Frühstücksbuffet war "geplündert" und verdreckt, trotz Bemühungen der Angestellten. ES WÄRE FÜR UNS WICHTIG GEWESEN, BEI DER BUCHUNG AUF DEN UMSTAND HINGEWIESEN ZU WERDEN. DANN HÄTTEN WIR JEDOCH AUF EINEN BESUCH VERZICHTET. Insgesamt nicht kundenfreundlich.

Le personnel est professionnel, l’option restaurant est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Bonne adresse.
