Nice new hotel with very big room and bathroom

Everything was fine except for the restaurant I ordered a $18.00 euro steak which I was charged $50.00 euros. The waiter I don’t know if there was a miscommunication or he was just crooked the menu didn’t give an option on different sizes but when I asked he said that size was larger from 100 grams to 290 grams. The steak was a la carte

Great place to stay

Far from the city center. Breakfast is ok not good waiters don’t speak English. Front desk girl is very good and helpful but the guy who comes after 11:00pm I asked him the air condition is not working he replied than open the window it’s very cool air out side, there was no net screen in the window and this is hotel is in country side lots of mosquitos ready to come in

Nice and clean

It was an amazing stay, in Croatia, we have picked hotel Princess among so many places in Zagreb. Absolutely pleased with the service, cleanliness and friendly staff, the food was great! Modern furnished rooms big and causy. SPA facilities were quite busy, but this was due to the festive season as the hotel was full. Definitely satisfied and would come back again! Thank you!

This is an exceptional hotel with outstanding food and beverage. I was most impressed with the housekeeping staff.....they went above and beyond and were very friendly!

Very nice, new and modern hotel. Efficient and super fast check-in. Clean, comfortable and spacious twin room. Wish the twin beds were a bit wider. Breakfast was totally overcrowded with two bus loads of people all eating at the same time. The line was 20 meters long and it took 15 minutes to get any item. Such large groups should really be accommodated earlier for breakfast.
