The best part about this hotel was that everything was neat and clean and the dining was very affordable price

Was old hotel and parking far ! But hot spring was nice

I want to rate this hotel higher but the private bathrooms in the Japanese/Western rooms need some serious renovation work. At least buy new shower curtains or clean the mold off the ones that are there. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are huge but the bathrooms let the hotel down.

The hotel has many extensions called wings. Everything is huge here, dinner hall is a good 15 minutes walks from our room, having to taking 2 lifts. Room is poorly kept, and untidy, carpet is rusty and feels unattended to for a long time. There is no public shopping or walk about places nearby. Our room faces another building, instead of traditional Onsen hotel, a view of the river. Thought we had a great deal with 50% off, but ended up just getting what we paid for. Dinner is a self serve buffet, not the traditional Japanese Half Board banquet, with different dishes of food that covers the whole dinner table.

It was a nice hotel. However, two things were remarkably bad. I found fungus in the shower curtain and the bathtub had also fungus. Second, the hot water supply in the shower had intermittently (e.g., every 30 seconds) hot and cold water flow, which was really disturbing. This is about the shower with the room, not about common bath place (onsen). Others were good. I am not sure whether these problems were in other rooms also. THanks

Good buffet spread. Will be better if have hotel shuttle to train station.

Nice service and good price

設備が古いのと泊まる場所によって階数が違うので迷子になる

押し入れを開けると天窓が浮いてありさきに電気が光っていて誰かいるのては？と恐怖を感じた いつも利用すると最後に割引券をくれるが今回はなかった。 中間清掃を頼んだが浴衣を変えてくれたりとはしてくれていなかった コンセプトに落ち着ける広い空間でのびのびと。と書かれていたが…いい面で。そのままの意味で伝えるなら広いスペースホコリ臭いフロア穴の開いた壁や天窓、恐怖感を煽る。騒音対策がされて居ないので隣の人の声が丸聞こえで騒音で眠れないときもありました

今回は二泊しました。 館内はとても清潔感があって、スタッフの対応もとても丁寧で良かったのですが、部屋のお風呂のシャワーカーテンにカビが生えていたのがマイナス点です。

駐車場が少ないため入れるのが一苦労します

氷が有料なのが残念。保存出来る冷凍庫も小さすぎて入り切らない。 別館、南館にも製氷機、冷水設備があって欲しい。 ホテル館内全体が熱い。 駐車場も16時について既に満車。無料の駐車場まで約1km程あるが送迎あり。 南館は移動するのに何かとめんどくさいけど、ローソンが目の前にあるのが便利だった。 この値段ならまぁ我慢すればと割り切れるならいいと思う。

料理の種類がすくなすぎる。 部屋の風呂は汚くて使えたもんじゃない。 スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。

部屋が、次の間があってゆったりと出来た

BSが見られなかった。ウォシュレットがなかった。フロントで教えられた店はやってなくて、他に近所で食事のできるところがなく、コンビニで調達した。

お値段に見合った料理、施設という感じでした 部屋が本館8階でしたが、天井に蜘蛛の巣があり何故かバッタがいて(夜中に発見)びっくりしました スタッフの方々は丁寧で好印象でした

露天風呂がもう少し広いほうが良かった

食事がバイキング形式で良かった、特に子供には大好評でした、ただ夕食朝食の時間がもう少し長く取れるとゆっくり出来た思います泊まった部屋、お風呂の大浴場、露天風呂は不満はなく、もう一度行ってみたいと思います。

ブュッフェの種類が豊富で飲み放題で素晴らしい
