Great stay, good restaurants, good staff at the front desk but service at the bar is not good and rude. I was watching a soccer game and the waitress just came to change the channel and bring other clients regardless that I was there. She didn't mind with no excuse after I complained. Staff at the restaurant is slow with the coffee. In a corporate visit you come to have breakfast very quick and leave but here that's not possible. It's a good place anyway with aspects to be improved.

Great hotel with excellent service and amazing food. The service was, as always, incredible. The hotel’s architecture and atmosphere are beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel

Best hotel in town. I highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurants are excellent, and the neighborhood is very walkable, with plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel.

the hotel bed was not clean, once I stayed in the hotel I started with an allergy, the hotel gave me scabies. scabies is a highly contagious skin condition caused by tiny mites that burrow into the skin, leading to intense itching and a rash. I had to see a dermatologist and changed to another hotel. When I complained to the manager they sent me a very aggressive response. this hotel should be removed from Hotels.com

the Grand Hyatt Hotel is an excellent place to stay while visiting Bogota

The staff were, without exception kind, cordial, accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The bar staff in particular were warm and friendly.

The reception staff was very professional, helpful and cordial 5 star.

Stayed twice on a trip to Colombia modern hotel and rooms comfortable and well appointed staff friendly and helpful. Huge indoor pool and gym. Goood restaurants. Really nice coffee shop. Well located for airport and getting to city centre. Also impressed that on our first trip we left a coat but this was returned to us on our second visit.

sauna /steam room and pool were incredible

Amazing gim and spa!

I loved both the deep soaker tub and the pool areas with the 3 hot tubs and sauna. The water in the hot tubs could be warmer, but it was a nice start. The breakfast buffet was ok but definitely not as nice or high quality as I expected.

Really an exquisite hotel. Rooms are beautiful and the hotel is as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it.
