The best stay I’ve ever had was grand Hyatt, the staff were friendly, the hotel was so clean and amazing. I can’t wait to revisit. Every and anything is in the hotel, gym, pool. 10/10

Excellent top hotel! 5 stars hotel!

The room was beautiful with a good distribution. The check in was fast, but the gave us the wrong room and we have to switch. A room for four only have two bath towels, we have to ask for extras and also one pillow per person, and we are use to have two per person. The bed was not comfy as we expected from a five star hotel. The breakfast was good but the sitting us in a table that was not clean and ready. We have dinner at Ushin and the service and the food was really good but too slow, I think they don’t have enough servers.

The room didn’t reflect the $200 night rate for a luxury hotel in Colombia. 2 people booked but only one towel, one soap bar, one bathrobe.. no slippers, in few words nothing for a luxury hotel in Colombia. The hall can be majestic but then….

Everything was great

This property is beautiful. The view of the city from a high room was wonderful. We had a one bedroom suite and the staff was kind enough to bring two single beds for our children. The breakfast buffet was beautiful but it lacked variety and taste. The lounge was spectacular and all the food and drinks provided were excellent. The pool area was very nice and great with the kids. Definitely worth staying here. It’s close to the airport and two blocks away is a massive mall.

Corner suite was worth the upgrade!

This is a very nice hotel in a good part of town. We found the staff very helpful and the amenities right on. My wife was sick and we ordered room service. The food was great.
