The staff were friendly and the room cleaning was good, but the sink and toilet often wouldn't flush, and the shower pressure was on the weaker side (compared to Korean hotels). I didn't think there was much to eat at breakfast, and I don't think it offers good value for the price.

The service was impeccable! Staff members have good command of English and you'll feel very welcome the moment you stepped out from your ride. Great location as it is located at central of Da Nang. Distance from the hotel to attraction places are considerably near.

Stayed for a night, good service, before opening the door there was a clean stay seal. The room is spacious, the bed is really comfortable, and the location is away from the noisy area of bach dang street where there are a lot of bars playing loud music till really late at night. Reception recommended Madam Lan for our meal and it's really good and reasonably priced. Many cafes nearby too that serve good coffee! The only con was that we requested for late checkout but after the original check out time when we tried tapping our card, it didn't work. Have to make a trip to reception to get the card reactivated again though on their system the late check out was registered.

I stayed for 2 days and asked the front desk to clean the room for me after 1 day of staying, but I still didn't clean it when I came back at night. I had to ask to add some more items and the next morning I pressed the button to clean the room and when I came back, I still couldn't clean the room. I stayed 2 nights and the customer service about housekeeping was very bad. They called and asked me the reason, they also said that I left the DND board so I didn't come in to clean while I went down to the front desk to talk about the housekeeping problem. I am very disappointed with the housekeeping service and the Hilton front desk. 5 stars but not even 3 stars for me! I do not recommend you to come here.

Hotel was only recently reopened in April 2022. Hotel occupancy is still very low. The staff were attentive and we changed our currency with the hotel reception.

Never come back….! Serious lack of sophistication in the way of dealing with guests

- The room is clean, the receptionist is enthusiastic, everything is great - the only minus point is that when I arrived at the hotel, no Bellman friends came to welcome me and carried my suitcase for me! While I'm a girl, go alone and carry a lot of luggage!

Great hotel with room for improvements. Room temperature unchanged in 24 hour (uncomfortable in both the room and executive lounge) some staff needs better training.
