Well located, lovely rooms, quiet area.

Overall good. If I have to mention a negative side, I would say staff gathering at breakfast room. 5 of them formed a group like sitting in a cafe and chatting amongst themselves. For me it was really strange. Otherwise all okay. At the heart of the old town.

This is a rare hotel in the immediate area of the old town and street markets. Rooms are basic and smallish and breakfast average. Staff are very friendly and helpful

The location of hotel is superb and we also had the room with the view on grand bazar. Also the view from restaurant on top of hotel is great. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good.

Amazing view. Polite staff. Terrific breakfast. We were in too late to evaluate much else, but the room was way too hot and the AC unit turned itself off and couldn’t be persuaded to even blow the fan. Also, the shower hand-held part was missing, and water gushed to the floor if the nozzle was turned on.

Great location and helpful staff

What an absolute gem we found right in the heart of Bursa and also providing free parking for guests. Room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good and the view over the rooftops from the restaurant was amazing. As you come out from the hotel you are in the Baazar already and all amenities and restaurants are very close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

A nice hotel and well located in old old town. Staff welcoming and helpful

The hotel was great, very comfortable and clean. People are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and the view as well. You can literally go everywhere in just minutes, especially to Telefrik. Highly recommend.

Clean room, great location, SPA, kind staffs and delicious breakfast

Nice place, friendly staff. Room was clean and modern. Only comment would be that our non-smoking room still had some smell of smoke coming in from under the door at times - I guess the neighboring rooms were smoking rooms. It would be good if they could have a dedicated non-smoking floor to further separate the smoking rooms from the non-smoking rooms. Would otherwise stay again.

The hotel is in the central location, convenient for shoppers and regular tourists. The service was excellent and the suite spacious. Breakfast satisfies the standard of turkish hospitality and taste.

As a South African whom are generally very spoiled for standard of hotels, I was pleasantly surprised about the location, comfort, cleanliness and how friendly and helpful all the staff were. i would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean with friendly staff .

The hotel has excellent location, close to all the old Nazar’s. The room was newly refurbished and with very nice new furniture. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had upgrade to include breakfast which was not part of our booking. One thing they need to improve is the internet service and add more Tv channels. I do recommend the hotel for any visitor to Bursa

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, sempre muito prestativos. Hotel antigo em local central, onde se pode fazer tudo a pé, com muitos restaurantes e lojas próximas. Apesar de clássico, ele está muito bem reformado internamente, moderno e novo, por todo os andares tem uma máquina que exala um perfume maravilhoso, quarto novo com mobília nova, toalhas boas, cama boa. Estacionamento do lado, café da manhã bom no padrão turco e tudo sem cobrança extra. Recomendo e ficaria novamente
