Marco is helpful, courteous with caring attitude and same is with all who are a part of Ostellin. Surprise breakfast is one of the things amongst others that gives a make feel wanted feeling.... Little efforts adding to customer journey and Ostellin excels in it.

People add value and Ostellin has human centric approach. A good feel factor staying at Ostellin. Matteo upon arrival and Federico at the time of check out were friendly, informative, courteous. Each staff was friendly. Every little adds to customer experience and Ostellin is a cheerful place to stay. English speaking and multilingual team. A complimentary breakfast for all staying at Ostellin is a value addition. Kitchen kept clean at all times. Beds comfortable and good hygiene is maintained throughout. Team Ostellin is excellent! Keep smiling always.

Wonderful vibe & amazing staffs at hotel. There’s ALWAYS a staff available at reception whenever help is needed (Grazie!) Best hostel available in Genova Brignole I love my 5 nights stab here, by far the cleanest hostel I’ve been across my travel routes in various places! Staffs are always practicing cleanliness/ good hygiene within compound! Impressive, price is a GREAT bargain! Grazie mille Ostellin ! ✨

Nice hostel in the centre of Genoa. It is flat made onto hostel.

The hostel is very centrally located, it's right between the two main train stations, a 15 minutes walk from either one, and less than 5 minutes from most of the main attractions in the old part of town. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are very large and the beds quite comfortable. I found the place to be reasonably clean

This hostel is wery beautifull and friendly atmosphere. You can feel like at home with a beautfull old style kitchen, paintings on the cellings, and guest and volunteers playing guitare in the reception. The concept of an association managing the hostel sound nice and the owners are very sympathic. The hostel was perfectly clean and the location is amaizing. The only improvment couldbe to take care of the silence at sleeping time. Music and party is nice but could also be loudy when you go to bed.

The reception is very helpful and polite. They try their best to guide you with everything. Hostel is clean. Location is excellent. Kitchen is also very good. Bed is quite comfortable to sleep. WiFi is slow and breakfast is kind of ok. But when compared to price this hostel is great one.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and happy to give recommendations on nearby attractions and restaurants. There are excellent kitchen facilities, and continental breakfast is provided each morning. There is no AC, so it will get sweaty in there! It's also on the 3rd floor of an old building, so if you have accessibility issues this won't be the place for you. Overall very satisfied!

Hostel is quite far from Central Station so I was struggeling with my luggage, also you need to carry your stuff 3 floors up, they dont have an elevator. They did not have a locker for me. Bed was okay, room were quite small tho. They played some dance music in the reception area until 11pm so for me it was a bit hard to sleep at 10pm even tho I had earpluggs. Shower was a bit dirty. Staff was nice and helpfull, kitchen was okay and atmosphere was good. However, I was not fully happy so I changed to another hostel next day.
