The listing was deceptive and inaccurate. The enlisted hotel phone number was wrong. Even the Expedia customer service representative could not contact them. Efforts to contact the hotel failed because of that. When I found the correct number on Google and called, I was told that the shuttle was not available at 3 AM to pick me at the airport. Yet the listing made no mention of what times it is available. They could not cancel my reservation either.

Nice , clean hotel and good service . Food is good and fresh. They have free shuttle to airport. They are helpful staff. I recommend them.

Staff at check in was great. The room is very small. It’s not really 3 star. It’s okay clean. Power went out 3 times at night, first time for 30 minutes, which was a pain. No AC, no sleep if you are using CPAP. Windows are not properly sealed, it’s loud from nearby road, enough to wake you up. The night/early morning staff was super rude when my wife and kids came to room for 15 minutes before leaving for airport.

Stale smell in the crammed room and the beds; the bed was uncomfortable, my 5’10” frame was jutting out legs. December 2 morning ice cold shower was an experience! as hot water was not coming through the shower. Living room a/ C was non functional, the fan was in the far end of the bed room, the other fan was entirely missing. Breakfast starts at 8 AM, so early morning flight passengers have to miss it; the kitchen staff were excellent and made tea and toast for my wife and me; so that was a redemption. Best part was the complimentary airport transport!! Less than mediocre for the money!

Great staff. We had forgotten an iPad when we left the hotel to attend a wedding for four days. Upon our return the manager flagged us down and asked if the iPad he was holding was ours. We hadn’t even realized we had left it behind due to our busy wedding festival activities. So grateful for this kind act.
