The room was clean, the room was quiet, staff was friendly and helpful in gettin us a cab to the Hauptbahnhof. Great location close to the Christmas markets!

Staff were very friendly and informative. Location was great and parking was secure. Rooms were clean and fit for our purpose which was just for sleeping. Curtains in the room only covered maybe half the width of the window but the external shutters blocked most light. This may be an issue if you want a lie in. Friday night was a little noisy given its location on Main Street but this died down quickly. I would stay here again if I returned to Koblenz.

Our room was not next to the road, so it was quiet. The room looked nice, new, and clean. The staff was also friendly. The location is perfect.

Great location to walk around the old town but parking the car was difficult as the underground parking is very small and cramped.

Very nice hotel! The room was clean and reasonably big. Onsite parking was a massive plus as we had rented a car to visit the region.

The room is rather small, but very well kept and use the space efficiently. The windows do a very good job in sound proofing the noise from the main street. Would go again.

Great location!!! Walk to everything. We had room 301 overlooking a busy street. It was loud at night! Parking underneath hotel was nice. Having a grocery store (Edeka) 3 minutes away was awesome! Considering the location and value, I would stay here again.

Great, friendly desk clerks! Helpful and informative. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. We had requested a baby bed when we booked the room and it was set up and ready for us upon arrival. 😀
