Loved the location and how clean and cozy it was.

We stayed in the dream sickle suite with the pool directly in front of our room. The rooms location felt secluded, like we had our own privet pool (it was shared). Loved it. The staff was great responding to anything we needed right away and friendly.

The place was nice and the staff very helpful but the seaweed on the beach is very unappealing.

I loved the beach view 😍 from my room named the maya. We did get a complimentary drink, but no breakfast. Didn't see much of the staff just front desk wasn't that friendly with us just normal. Need friendly outgoing staff

Clean and spacious room (Manatee) facing the beach. The property was well maintained including a pool with ocean view. Sargasso was cleaned often to keep the beach neat. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Prior to our arrival, I contacted the front desk to inquire about the weather, as we were considering canceling our trip. The staff was extremely helpful, keeping us informed of the weather conditions and accommodating a potential change to our reservation. When we arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, we were pleasantly surprised to be granted immediate access to our room. In addition, we were generously upgraded to a larger apartment than the one we had originally booked. Overall, it was a wonderful stay marked by exceptional hospitality, outstanding customer service, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Property was well maintained, restaurant and staff were great! Helped us set up transport to and from airport along with setting up our golf cart rental for the week.

Maya is a great place to stay and their restaurant is the best! Try the peanut brittle pie (homemade from scratch) when you go there as I've never had a better dessert. The pie is a legend in Belize as well as all their other fabulous food and bakery goods. A true Belize getaway, simple and fun. Clean as well!
