Room is spacious, love the shower room, bathtub and heated toilet seat. Room cleanliness will need improvement, writing table glass top is chipped, dust can be seen at the mini bar, bed area. Also fewer defects which resolved by the team. Door man, concierge very welcoming and friendly. Check-in experience could be better. Went to the Bar at 11.30pm to grab a drinks, we was told they are closing soon and only straight drinks (none cocktails). No ambience as music was turned off. No service. The bar snack-olives on the table is shared by many people, hygiene concerns. Used to be the best bar Asia but going to a different direction. In room dining was efficient. Food is tasty. Breakfast experience was good. Hostess great us at the door and lead us to our table without waiting. Food variety and quality is good. Service experience have room for improvement. As we have stayed in many Forbes travel guide hotels, but Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur have many rooms for improvement from check-in experience, room. Cleanliness, bar experience, breakfast experience and check out. We didn't experience any personalized service at this FTG hotel. Room rate is the highest in Kuala Lumpur and we expect the experience is different from the other hotels.
